Author Agreement

Okay, for starters, relax. We’re not out to take away your rights as a writer, or strip away your copyright, or anything like that. And when we say "contract" we also aren’t referring to some massive, legalled-up unintelligible document that only a team of lawyers could read. We’ve kept our contract simple, and what it comes down to is this:

• You retain your copyright, and you retain your rights.
• By uploading content, you grant BootsnAll a non-exclusive world-wide license to the content submitted. You will receive a percentage of any revenue that a paid syndication contract produces.
• You also agree that BootsnAll will not be required to remove the article, under any circumstances.

You do not have to fill out the contract to write for BootsnAll; however, again, you do not lose any rights by filling out the contract, and if anything, we’re using this contract as a way to help us try to help you out even more.
